Duden Park and Essential Gardens

Duden Park, Forest, Brussels-Capital Region, Belgium 2022. Duden Park is a 24 hectare public park located in the municipality of Forest in Brussels, Belgium. The park has multiple trails and paths through woods of beech, maple and ash trees and in some areas dense undergrowth, wood-rush and ferns. At one end of the park is Jardin Essentiel (Essential Garden) which is an herbal and medicinal garden first started in 2016 and which is maintained by volunteers. Multiple species of plants provide changing colours and fragrances through the growing season and attract different insects and pollinators.
